Every call becomes a record. Automatically.
A call tracking CRM that logs calls from your team's Android phones without anyone typing anything in. The call is captured as it happens, matched to the right lead by number, and made available to export, push to your own systems, or report on. No data entry, so nothing depends on whether a rep remembered. From ₹125 per license per month.

Manual call logging does not fail loudly
Ask any sales manager whether their reps log calls and you will get a confident yes. Ask what percentage, and the confidence goes. The honest number on most calling floors is somewhere between a third and a half, and the missing portion is not random — it is the calls that went badly, the short ones, and everything after about four in the afternoon.
That skew is the real problem. A pipeline built on half the calls is not half as accurate as one built on all of them; it is systematically optimistic, because the calls people bother to log are the ones that went well. Reports drawn from it will tell you your team is doing better than it is, right up until the month closes.
The fix is not better discipline. Teams have been trying that for as long as CRMs have existed, and it fails for the same reason every time: logging a call is admin work that happens after the interesting part is over, competing against the next dial. The fix is to stop asking.
How a call becomes a record
Three steps, none of which involve the rep doing anything they were not already doing.
- 01
The rep calls, however they like
Native Android dialler, contacts list, or from inside Diallogs. Any system that only logs calls made through its own screen will miss the ones placed the normal way, which is most of them.
- 02
The call is captured as it ends
Number, country code, direction, duration, timestamp and outcome type are read from the device. Offline, the record is written locally and syncs when the handset reconnects.
- 03
It attaches itself to the lead
Matched on phone number, tolerating formatting differences, so a lead stored with a +91 prefix still matches a call to the bare ten-digit number. The rep adds notes or tags if they want to; the record exists either way.
The distinction that matters: the record is created by the act of calling, not by an act of reporting. Nothing sits between the work happening and the work being recorded, so there is no gap for discipline to fall into.
Getting the data back out
A call log that only lives inside one dashboard is a reporting feature. A call log you can move is infrastructure.
CSV export
Every report grid exports, and the export respects the filters you have on screen — so what you downloaded matches what you were looking at. Useful for payroll, incentive calculation and client reporting.
Outbound webhooks
EnterprisePush call events to your own systems as they happen, with a documented payload covering the call record. This is how most teams feed calling activity into a warehouse or an existing CRM.
Partner API
EnterpriseFor custom integrations built against your own stack, with in-product documentation. Scoped with our team rather than self-serve.
Worth being precise about one thing, because the category is loose with it: webhooks and the Partner API are integration surfaces you build against. They are not prebuilt connectors for named CRM products. If you are expecting a one-click Salesforce or Zoho sync, that is not what this is — and it is better to know that now than after a purchase order.
The one genuine prebuilt connector is Meta lead ads, which handles Facebook and Instagram lead forms with per-form field mapping. More on that on the lead management page.
What replaces what
Most teams arriving here are running one of three things. It is worth knowing which of them this actually removes.
The shared spreadsheet
Replaced entirely. The spreadsheet was only ever a manual copy of data the phones already had — which is why it was always a day behind and never quite reconciled.
Manual entry into an existing CRM
Replaced, but the CRM does not have to be. If your business runs on a CRM it is happy with, take call tracking at ₹125 as the calling layer and push the data across, rather than migrating everything.
A VoIP dialler bought for its reporting
Often replaced, and usually at a fraction of the cost. If the reason you moved to VoIP was visibility rather than call routing, you were paying for a phone system to get a reporting feature.
Nothing at all
The most common answer, and the most honest one. Plenty of teams have simply never had a record of what their phones do all day, and the first fortnight of data is usually the uncomfortable part.
What it costs
Call tracking is the base tier. Lead management, recording and AI insights build on top of it and are added when you want them.
Call Recording Storage add-on: ₹125/GB per license. Yearly billing saves 7%. Recording is handset-dependent — test your exact devices before relying on it.
Common questions
What is a call tracking CRM?
A call tracking CRM records every call a sales team makes or receives and stores it against the customer or lead it belongs to, without anyone typing it in. Diallogs does this by reading the native Android call log on each rep's phone, so the record is created by the act of calling rather than by someone remembering to log it afterwards.
Does automatic call logging work if reps use the normal phone dialler?
Yes. Reps can dial from the native Android dialler, from their contacts, or from inside Diallogs, and the call is captured either way. This matters more than it sounds: any system that only logs calls placed through its own interface will quietly miss a large share of real calling activity.
How does a call get matched to the right lead?
By phone number. The captured call carries the number and country code, and Diallogs links it to the matching lead record. Matching tolerates formatting differences, so a lead saved with a +91 prefix still matches a call to the bare ten-digit number.
Can we get our call data out of the system?
Yes, three ways. Every report grid exports to CSV and the export respects whatever filters you have applied on screen. Outbound webhooks can push call events to your own systems as they happen, with a documented payload. And a Partner API is available on the Enterprise plan for custom integrations.
What is the difference between call tracking and call recording?
Call tracking captures the facts of the call — who called whom, when, for how long, and how it ended — with no audio involved. Call recording stores the conversation itself and is a separate add-on at ₹125 per GB per license that requires call monitoring first. AI Insights, which summarises a recorded call and scores its sentiment, sits on top of recording again at ₹900 per employee for 300 minutes. Most teams need tracking; recording and insights are smaller subsets.
How much does a call tracking CRM cost?
Diallogs starts at ₹125 per license per month for call tracking and monitoring. Adding lead management is ₹250. There is a free plan for personal call log analytics, and Enterprise pricing is custom. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card.
