Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Diallogs offers a 3-month free trial period for all new users. During this period:

  • You can access all features of your chosen plan at no cost
  • No credit card is required to start your trial
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial period without any charges
  • You will be notified before the trial period ends

2. No Refund Policy After Trial

Important: Once the free trial period ends and you begin your paid subscription, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Change of mind or business requirements
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to cancel before the trial period ends
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

3. Subscription Billing

After your 3-month free trial:

  • Monthly Plans: You will be charged monthly on the same date each month
  • Annual Plans: You will be charged annually with a 7% discount
  • All charges are billed in advance for the upcoming period
  • Prices are per phone number tracked in the system

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle
  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

5. Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

  • Duplicate charges due to processing errors (refund of duplicate charge only)
  • Service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end
  • Billing errors made by Diallogs

Any exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Price Changes

Diallogs reserves the right to modify pricing:

  • Existing customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
  • Price changes will only affect new billing cycles after the notification period
  • You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • UPI (for Indian customers)
  • Net Banking

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days
  • You will receive email notifications about failed payments
  • If payment fails after multiple attempts, your service may be suspended
  • You will have 7 days to update your payment method before account termination

9. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their individual agreements.
